Michael S. Williamson, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects across the public and private sectors. As Sr. Project Director at Terrain Evolution, Inc. and former President of his own firm, he has managed complex land development projects from design through construction. His project management expertise spans scheduling, budgeting, productivity tracking, and stakeholder coordination for residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. Justin P. Wollenberg, PE, CPESC, is a highly experienced civil engineer and Sr. Project Director with over 20 years of expertise in site development and infrastructure design. At Terrain Evolution, Inc., he leads diverse project teams across private and public sector developments, including residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and mixed-use master plans. His background spans from CAD drafting to advanced civil engineering design, and he holds certifications in both professional engineering and erosion and sediment control. Justin is skilled in project leadership, land planning, and stormwater management, consistently delivering efficient, regulatory-compliant solutions.
